Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

If you expressly requested that provision of the Pro subscription begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount. This corresponds to the proportion of the service already provided until we receive your withdrawal compared with the full scope of the service specified in the contract.
